The 2026 5.5 Metre World Championship will take place from 1–9 October 2026 in Lavrion, Greece, bringing the world’s leading teams of the prestigious 5.5 Metre class.
Organized under the authority of the International 5.5 Metre Class Association and hosted in cooperation with the Yacht Club of Greece, the championship will showcase top-level international competition in one of sailing’s most technical and historic keelboat classes.
With the outstanding facilities of Olympic Marine and the renowned racing conditions of the Attica coastline, the event promises a week of world-class sailing in Greece.
